My Story

A Jersey girl happily living in New Hampshire.
My mom and our Italian heritage strongly influenced my baking.
I am an avid tea drinker with a penchant for coconut milk lattes.
I believe in baking from scratch with the best ingredients.
I bake gluten-free desserts, too.
I’m known for being too fussy.  (I think that’s a compliment, right?)
My cookie cutter collection is embarrassingly extensive.
I’m a juried member of the Craftworkers Guild.
I’ve been a Rotarian, where I’ve made wonderful friendships, for over 30 years
